This heart was created as a tribute to the September 11, 2001 victims.
The heart on the left was made using size 50 Altin Basak variegated thread; the one on the right was made using size 30 DMC Cebelia in red and size 50 Cordonnet Special in white.
To make this heart, you will need 2 shuttles, with very little on the ring shuttle. All the outside rings are made with the chain shuttle.
