- Size 10 thread
- 1 cross
- 32 beads (3 of which can be different if you want to use them as Divider Beads.)
- 3-way connector bead.
- Fabric glue to secure thread ends

ch - Chain
HS - Half stitch
|
This piece is made using beads and half stitches. A half stitch is the first OR second part of the double stitch. When you remove the stitches from your needle, make sure that the stitches fit snuggle together. This half stitch causes the chain to twist and is called a Josephine Chain or Spiral Stitch.
- Add one bead to your needle and thread.
Secure your thread to the cross.
- Ch: 30 HS
- Add one bead
- Ch: 30 HS
- Connect your thread securely to the center connection of the connector bead. Tie and knot, cut and glue ends. It is very important to make sure all ends are secure.
- Secure thread to top right of connector bead.
- *Ch: 15 HS
- Add one bead*
- Continue * to * until you have 7 beads added.
- Ch: 30 HS
- Add a Divider bead
- Ch: 30 HS
- Add bead
- Continue until you have 4 sets of 7 beads and 3 divider beads.
- Connect to other side of the connector bead. Tie and knot, cut and glue ends. .Make sure all ends are secure..
